Ramesh and Simmi, two children meet in an orphanage and become friends. They were oblivious of the fact that both their fathers had been killed by the same man: Jugran.

Unfortunately, their friendship was short lived. Simmi grows up to be Seema whose goal is to avenge her father. Ramesh grows up to be Romeo and finds his long lost elder brother--Ravi Verma.

Sudddenly one day Seema tries to seduce Romeo and asks him to work for Jugran. She is unaware of the fact that she is hunting for Jugran. Eventually, she reveals her past to Romeo. The two old friends, Simmi and Ramesh meet again.
