Sagar who is a Club Singer, Munna a vagabond and Bajrang a rustic young man who is burning with desire to avenge his personal score. They all happen to meet each other and become friends. The city is gripped by Mafia Dons activities. Rajeshwar and Hasan Lala are two Dons who run in rivalry and are creating panic in the city to settle their personal score. The corrupt Police Officer Dayal Inamdar is befooling both the Dons and extracting money from both the parties, and Dons are unable to understand his trick. Hasan Lala with the help of Dayal try to destroy the empire of Rajeshwar and Rajeshwar goes hayware. Rajeshwar approaches to Sagar and Munna to bail him out. Sagar and Munna are happy by this proposition while Bajrang refuses to join Rajeshwar. Time changes, Bajrang comes to know that Rajeshwars man Jaikal who has tormented his life, is still alive. Bajrang gives his consent to join with Rajeshwar. Many such incidents occur which change the course of the story.
