Guru Kant (Abhishek Bachchan) s'installe à Bombay avec sa femme (Aishwarya Rai) où à partir de rien ils parviendront à fonder la première compagnie de textile indienne.

Directed by Mani Ratnam (Dil Se, Bombay, Saathiya), the film guru is based on the real life of dhirubahi Amabni, who by the sole force of his confidence in his dreams has managed to impose himself in the very closed world of Indian finance. Guru Kant (Abhishek Bachchan) settles in Bombay with his wife (Aishwarya Rai) where from nothing they will manage to found the first Indian textile company.
