Vijay and Ravi are friends, but their frienship is being targetted by Daga. Vijay captures Daga's man Balwant, so Daga hires Ravi to get Balwant out. Both friends are in love with the same girl, Sheetal. Daga causes a rift between them, and two friends become enemies.
